Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) We offer standard and express shipping across Canada via Canada Post. Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery through Canada Post's website.

Delays Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Birthla Boxes is not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at roundmaternity@gmail.com so we can assist you.
